Holiday Season Elixer series:

Yes it is the hustle and bustle holiday-slash-hibernate season.  I have decided to take a break from Super-hero classes indefinitely which is not in alignment with the season and coming year.  My awesome attendees are becoming self sufficient and instead of preparing a big meal I am encouraging you to bring a fresh organic raw dish to share, if you so desire~

An Elixer is a delicious warm-herbal-medicinal super food drink.  It nutrifies you, nourishes you, heals you and inspires you all at once.
On Sundays I am going to be serving Elixers and giving an inspirational talk about your source energy and how to kickstart your life and get into your own flow so that you start your mission work and are ready to accept all that is available to you in this new exciting approaching year of 2010.

Class and Elixers cost is $15.  After the lecture I am able to answer any questions you have about living food lifestyle, getting in your mission and nurturing your spirit.  I look forward to meeting you soon!



 

 
 

This week's class is a how to informational on making your own elixers at home. Elixers are delicious drinks made with a base of medicinal teas and then added onto with superfoods or blended with rich nutrient dense foods to make a drink that can nourish you throughout the day and reduce your intake of solid foods which serves a dual purpose of nutrifying your body and helping you to stay satiated throughout the day to generate weightloss, clear thinking and inner and outer radiance.

Along with the class a raw gourmet meal will be served. Class with the meal is $25 for adults and $15 for well behaved children.

Heading west (towards the airport) on Spenard after it crosses Minnesota, you will take a left on Lois (landmark-Kabob and Curry-opening soon sign on small building)...another left at the first street which is Cleveland Ave...1909 is the second green building on the left which looks like a house, but you can park on the street and take the walk around to the back of the building, there is an entry level door on the ground floor, it says "RA Living Foods"...inside this foyer down a couple steps, my door is across from the laundry machine and says "Crystal Palace" on the door.

This week's lecture is called "Simple Green" and I will discuss easy ways you can get more green at home and the ways in which being more pro-active in your organic life contributes to your spiritual wellness.
I will of course be serving the usual gourmet raw dinner and will have chocolate candies and other goodies available for adoption.
 
 
This week is a bonus for Super-heros...I am giving a lecture at the Anchorage A.T.O.M Center on the Mind/Body/Spirit/Nutrition connection.  This is a local Metaphysical/Spiritual Center with a great library and a weekly "gathering" service on Sundays at 9:30AM.  I will be the guest presenter at this week's morning gathering so I expect my talk will begin around 9:30AM.

Sunday's super hero training will commence as usual.  This week's class is "Crystal's Chocolate Chaga Factory" where I will be giving an all inclusive chocolate brillionaire demonstration and will include chocolate candy made from real cacao butter, lacuma, tocotrienals and all kinds of deliciousness.  If you love chocolate you definitely won't want to miss this class.  Well behaved children are welcome for $15.  Regular price for adults is $25 and additional chocolate goodies wil be available for purchase.
