SUPERHERO Training: Divinity Elixer Sunday series 6PM
Every Sunday at 6PM I give a lecture that relates to the raw food lifestyle and the Mind/Body/Spirit/Nutrition connection. These are inspiring talks intended to march right in your mind and shake out some cobwebs, get some wheels turning, ideas churning, questions burning, learning, earning your planetary birthright of joy, making connections with other like-minded individuals...question and answer following lecture (every question matters and I will give you my full attention and expertise at this time--if I do not know the answer to your question, I will find out for you and have it by the next class).
* These classes are appropriate for anyone from the curious to the commited raw vegan...anyone can learn something wonderful from this weekly presentation and enjoy food you will not believe is still alive!
*I will be serving delicious-nutritious-healing herbal/superfood elixirs.
Cost for Elixir and lecture is $15. Children of appropriate age (to not interupt or interfere with the lecture) may attend for $10 and nursing mothers may attend with their infants as long as they are respectful to other attendees.
Some people like to bring notebooks and take notes on the lecture and question/answer presentation. You will leave with more great ideas than you will be able to remember so it's a good idea to write things down.
I update the class weekly topic and itinerary in the NEWS section of this website and on our local Alaskan Vegan/Vegetarian/Raw Meet-up site (link below)...the address and all other details are there also. Until we find the perfect location for RA to go public as a Center, these classes are offered in a private home. It is a really good idea to RSVP your intention to join us through the meet-up site or by phone: 575-7393
For now-google map us: 1909 Cleveland Ave suite 4. This building looks like a house from the front but the entry is on the ground level floor around the back and the sign says: RA Living Foods...inside the entry foyer you will find the door to The Crystal Palace.
